Just arrived today and it's the PERFECT device for my application. I needed a device to force the fountain water valve to time out and it worked. I used function 01 with a timeout of 120 (seconds = 2 minutes) and COM and NC terminals. The water valve turns on when the unit has power and turns off after 2 minutes. No more worrying about my flower bed and garden being flooded due to home automation failure. (This has happened before when the fountain was "refilled" for over an hour before I noticed the error.) The $12 price tag is a good price, I actually bought another one to use it for Replace wells to have on hand just in case. I installed one. Pros: * Good price * Works exactly as expected * Digital interface to change settings * Compact size Cons: * It's not free ;) * Doesn't delete ;)
