I've tried about half a dozen different posture correctors. I want to wear it during the day while working on my computer as I tend to lean. This one is very handy and "light" but still provides the fixes you need. Others were mostly very uncomfortable under the arms, so they have to be tightened with velcro. Well, it rubs the skin and hurts, as well as being hard and wide. It has a soft, stretchy fabric that is very comfortable. Tightening is controlled by a strap around the chest. I wear it 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week and it works great.
