I like that Exelare is a single platform that helps you track applicants and manage your recruitment process. The reporting and analytics are very good, and the platform is easy to use. I also like that Exelare is a cloud-based solution, which makes it easy to access from anywhere. I dislike that it is not a fully-integrated ATS solution like other solutions out there, and that it does not have a mobile app. I would recommend Exelare to other organizations that are looking for a single platform to manage their recruitment processes.
