First let me commend Revain, this product had a broken cap during shipping and Revain immediately sent me another bottle. Very easy to use, good texture. It is NOT fluorescent green as you might expect. I tried another brand that I stumbled upon by accident at home. and it looks like it glows in the dark. I even tried the cap in the bathroom and it really lit up. HOWEVER, if your painted surface doesn't get enough light, you won't get the glow effect at all. If you have a lamp next to a painted surface and turn it on a few minutes before turning off the light, you may get better results. I even tried to draw a light on and off button.
