Recommend! on varnish

I like it but it takes a few coats to shine and with so many coats it doesn't dry out. But a great price!

The best glow in the dark color ever!

Having purchased several glow in the dark colors to complete the Dia de Los Muertos costume, I can honestly say that this one has been the most effective so far. It was easy to charge and the glow stayed on for quite a long time. Easy to use and fun! Highly recommended.

Didn't work with my paper project

For my use at least - I wanted to add it to paper - it's not right for me. Other than that I gave it a 3 star rating. This could be an absolutely wonderful product if I wanted to use it on walls or ceilings, but I didn't. It wets the paper too much. I let it dry under the lamp. After drying I saw NO fluorescence at all! Maybe I did wrong? Maybe it doesn't work on paper? It was a failure.

Cons
  • Requires socket

Lighting will be very important

First let me commend Revain, this product had a broken cap during shipping and Revain immediately sent me another bottle. Very easy to use, good texture. It is NOT fluorescent green as you might expect. I tried another brand that I stumbled upon by accident at home. and it looks like it glows in the dark. I even tried the cap in the bathroom and it really lit up. HOWEVER, if your painted surface doesn't get enough light, you won't get the glow effect at all. If you have a lamp next to a painted

Works well but needs improvement Instructions don't mention

My son needed this for a school project. It worked, but we had to figure out a few things we shouldn't have done in the first place. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they really should have clarified some points in the instructions. This ink is very waterproof and absorbs easily into the paper. You need to apply background paint (match it to the color of what you are painting on. We apply white paint on white card) and then apply glow in the dark paint on top. If you do it like

  • There are other interesting options.
