These bags do not come in disposable packaging. They are packed in a shipping carton. To make matters worse, they were all laid out and THEN rolled up to fit in the box. Result? If you are going to use them as bin liners, you must first take all the liners out of the box they are in, fold them one at a time, and then put them back in the box. Otherwise, there's no reasonable way to get a separate bag out of the box. I gave 2 starts because the bags themselves seem to hold up well. They fit in my 48Ga tote bin. I didn't count them so I don't know if I have the right number of bags.
