Poor fit electronics

The small plug that goes into the Samsung phone is not long enough to reach the protective case. You must remove the entire outer case to connect. Then. The plug size is too small and easily fits into the phone jack. I had to hold it with one hand while trying to navigate with the other. I think I could make a rubber band or something. Not satisfied with the product.
