No support and very hard.
I bought this shoe at a big discount. They are worth the $20 I paid but only as casual running shoes for running errands. I wouldn't use them for fitness, not even walking. They are very tough and tough. The tongue of the shoe does not bend or change shape. In addition, the shoe lacks support.
