Thick velvet and it stretches remarkably

I have order the same sofa, chair and ottoman three times I do like the thickness, stretch and the heaviness of the velvet. However, the one I purchased last week is not the same.The material is not smooth like the others ones and not as thick. Also does not have straps on to secure the back to the front of the sofa.
