This is a fairly good value cutlery set. I was looking for a dinnerware set for everyday use. He is well balanced. However, the forks are rough on the tines and 5 out of 60 (8%) were badly scratched and badly formed leaving small holes in the surface. However, it was difficult to capture clear images due to reflections. I was a little disappointed because this set has an almost 5 star rating and even came with a customer service information card that says "SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" (yes, no "D") with 3 steps to apply. The product page says to contact the seller directly, but this information on the card only directs me to Revain customer service for a refund. I wouldn't go back just to replace these 5 pieces although there's no guarantee I'll still get the perfect set. I am only leaving this review to let people know that this kind of customer service cannot be expected from a seller and also so that future buyers do not expect a perfect cutlery set.
