The women's outdoor footwear, clothing, and jewelry offered by GRITION are truly remarkable; however, the company's customer support could use some work. When I needed to return a pair of shoes because they weren't a good fit for me, I had a frustrating experience with their support staff, despite the fact that their products are fashionable and of high quality. It took several tries before I received a response, and once I did, the procedure for returning the object was more difficult than it should have been. In addition, their shipping times are significantly longer compared to those of other internet stores that I have used. Despite the fact that I continue to adore the products I bought from GRITION, the shopping experience has made me reluctant to do business with them again. If they could just work on their customer service and decrease the amount of time it takes to send items, they would be an excellent online store for active women.
