Earlier this week I received the Ssabrent 4-port mini USB 3.0 portable hub and tried it right away. I connected it to my Windows 10 PC and it worked straight away. I then connected my iPhone 6 and two high capacity external USB hard drives to this little hub. Without going into unnecessary detail, suffice it to say that all three devices were launched in record time. I downloaded some photos and videos from my iPhone and stored everything on two external hard drives. I then spent a few hours deleting, renaming, or moving saved photos and videos. The Sabrent performed admirably. The Sabrent is very light and its 30cm cable tends to drag the hub off the top of my computer desk. This problem is easily fixed with a piece of double-sided tape. I used a piece of removable double sided tape that came with the small plastic wall hooks. Now the hub stays in place and is easily accessible.
