The Overlord T5+ is a great budget yoyo for beginners. It has a rounded V shape so it has a good and wide grip area when learning new tricks. It's a little heavy, so the string is a bit heavy, but throws are always straight and stable. A medium-sized yo-yo easily fits in your pocket when you're on the go. The glossy anodizing hinders sanding a bit, but the minimalist center allows for finger tilting. The M001 silencer is even better. It's also a little heavy, but better balance puts the rims forward so it turns a lot longer. Thanks to the wide V-shape, tricks are performed with ease. It has polished lines in the pickup area that also help guide the string visually. I found it very easy to make with this Eli Hops and Seasick Yoyo. The glossy anodizing is a bit tacky, but the shape allows for short tricks. There's also a small ridge in the middle, but I was still able to do a little twist with my fingers from the middle.
