Review on 【Microphone Wireless Security Surveillance OOSSXX by Zachary Spaulding

It's supposed to be a 5 megapixel camera system but when I received it all the cameras were 2.0 megapixels and couldn't be changed. I used to buy cameras from this company so I was disappointed with the quality of the new cameras. My old ones are restored and these are removed. The remote control is a joke and shouldn't even be turned on as it's completely useless. The quality of the cameras cannot be changed and they are fixed at 2.0 megapixels and 15 fps, which is ridiculous. In the past, I could change the bitrate mode, bit rate, frame rate, and other settings. On this system all of these settings are grayed out and if you see the attached photo the only dropdown option it gives me is permission. This is misleading as the only option the drop down menu shows is the only option it is already set to. It definitely didn't sell as advertised. The terribly low frame rate makes it utterly useless in the rain, as each raindrop is a long blob in the video stream. I hope I don't get robbed in the rain so I can't see what's going on. A 5 megapixel camera that is actually a 2 megapixel camera also renders the camera completely unusable as even a small zoom will turn your view into absolute garbage. I've also attached an enlarged quality photo. Daytime shots aren't too bad, but again very grainy when the subject or people are more than 10-20 feet away. The microphone is excellent and easily picks up sounds at 50 feet away. I could hear people standing a considerable distance away without having to adjust the volume. In fact, I was a bit impressed with the quality of the audio recording. The night vision is also decent and very bright, even too bright at times. The infrared sensor goes much further than other cameras I've used in the past. If nighttime clarity or image sharpness is not important, then you should like this camera system. However, I would have given it 1 star if it wasn't for the amazing audio recording from the cameras.
