Foil is good, foil, until you try Reynolds Wrap Nonstick Film
Use it like regular foil if you want, however I use it to line pans or baking sheets when frying or frying food that I don't want to stick to such pans/sheet. This saves cleaning time! Most importantly, this film will not affect the cooking quality of foods such as baked/roasted foods, cookies, fish, onion rings, french fries or any other food you are baking or frying. It's also slightly stronger so is great for covering food for refrigeration and/or freezing, or it tears easily when using serving utensils to remove food from it after cooking is complete.
