These fans look really good, you don't get any customization options like Corsair or Thermaltake but given the price difference I was willing to compromise. I have ordered 4 of 3 kits and they all have a fault, they claim you can adjust the fan speed but none of the kits were able to do this which is contrary to the features advertised. They're not overly loud but loud enough to bother me and always spin at top speed, especially when I have 6 on my PC the noise is annoying. I asked a question about this and didn't get an answer which is odd as I see the manufacturer responding to users' questions leading me to believe they are doing this on purpose and misrepresenting the product.
