Ordered this laptop on Tuesday the 11th and received it on Friday. I opened the package and the Windows 10 key is missing, the computer won't boot (no boot device found) and the computer diagnostics say that the charging cable is not recognized. So I can't even charge it. I called Epic and was directed to voicemail for customer support. I sent an email with no response, not even automatically. It's actually the weekend. Very disappointed, I love the Dell e7450 and was looking forward to using my new laptop.
