A Disappointing Online Shopping and Customer Service Experience at JEENDA

The last time I used JEENDA, it was a terrible experience. Their website is well-designed and simple to navigate, but their customer support leaves much to be desired. Their team was unresponsive and unhelpful despite their claim to offer expert guidance. Furthermore, the quality of the parts and extras I got fell short of my expectations. It took an unnecessary amount of time for me to get my money back after I returned the items. The whole ordeal was a bother, and I ended up dissatisfied with my buy as a result. In conclusion, JEENDA provides high-quality components but has a severely lacking customer support department. As a reviewer, I can say that JEENDA does not meet my standards for either product quality or customer service, so I cannot suggest them.
