I was surprised to find that this actually works. I know that everyone says their whatever can cure whatever is wrong - just use their product. But this actually delivers. I haven't done a ton of research and am still "confused" about whether I'm supposed to be using, gold or amethyst or jade or rose quartz. I can't seem to tell a difference between them. I'm sure the marketing people will tell me that "theirs" is better or that I need ALL of them but so far I've tried the gold, the rose quartz and the jade. They all seem to work about the same and they all produce results. It may be that after longer use, one will stand out but this does the job I got it for. My skin looks better and feels better. I've only been using it on my face and neck until now but I'm about ready to start working on my body. That will take longer and I wanted to be sure it worked BEFORE I expended the effort. You will need 1-AA battery (which is not included) but its a standard size that should be laying around. This was easy to use and I like that I can actually see results.
