I've finally found a great authentic recipe for roasted beans from scratch, but it calls for a whole bulb of chopped garlic. My old garlic press used to take hours, but the silicone attachment makes it easy to clean and the rocking grinder allows me to grind multiple garlic cloves at once. If I didn't have a freeze dryer, this would be my favorite kitchen gadget!
