Awesome Teapot; this kettle is perfect. It actually heats water much faster than any other kettle I've used, 30-40% faster. When pouring, it does not drip, does not flow, the handle does not heat up. Some reviews say it's heavy, and yes it's heavier than a cheap aluminum kettle, but only marginally heavier than any good, sturdy kettle of the same capacity. It actually seems balanced so when full it's easy to pour and weight isn't an issue. It's not overly heavy, and because it's fast, drip-free, and with a stay-cool handle, it's the best kettle I've ever used. I love it and will definitely buy it again. It costs a few extra dollars.
