Works great. No additional device driver download was required on my laptop running Windows 10. The device isn't advertised as supporting 4K, but when I turned off the laptop screen in Windows and viewed a 4K YouTube video at 4K resolution on my Sony 4K -TV played, the video played in 4K resolution (as far as I could tell), albeit at a low frame rate at times (not sure if this was a fault of the device or my laptop). At 1080P, the device's advertised capability, there are no such issues. NOTE: Even if you only want to use video and no audio, you MUST connect the USB cable to your laptop's USB port or other power source. This is how the device gets its power.
