I carry two phones with me at the moment. The waist pack holds an LG V-20 and the slim pocket fits easily with a zipper. First I removed the divider in the large zip pocket. An external flap pocket holds a caseless LG L33L phone that remains closed easily enough. It's a little big overall, but it feels like it's made out of a very durable canvas material. It occasionally bangs on doors etc but doesn't tear and the belt loop doesn't come loose at the seams. I don't need a loop for the clip - I removed it first. Phone access in the zip code area is marginally acceptable when sitting with your arms in a car/office chair, a bit of a pain but glad it's not an impediment.
