It can be used, but the edges of the middle part are bent down.

Can be used, but the downward facing edges of the central part of the handle are deburred (rough) and, being made of too thin stainless steel sheet, all edges including the underside surface of the punched holes are too rough and/ or sharp to match the description below ("Made of Quality... Hands").
