I hesitated to buy this one because other attempts to buy an adapter from other sellers resulted in non-working devices. Decided to take a chance because I like how this device looks compact. I wanted a second travel adapter and it fits perfectly. It charges my Surface like it should. The only thing is that the cable that connects to the charging box is not a standard cable so I'm not sure if I can find a replacement in the future. Hope you don't have to buy a replacement.
