Review on Humidifier Smartmi Evaporative Humidifier 2, CJXJSQ04ZM RU, white by Anastazja Kwiatkowsk ᠌

I should have looked better, I spent money on an ordinary product.

I looked closely at Boneko and Ventu air washers, but in the end I decided to try this one, on the recommendation of aliexpress. I don’t regret it, it fulfills its task, although I still want to compare with those brands. Probably the most important characteristic for me now will be when choosing - it's noise. If I can get my hands on it, I’ll go to the store and understand that the boneko is noticeably quieter - maybe I’ll sell this one and buy that one. But, I doubt, to be honest, that it will be quieter. Plus, ejection of humidified air to the sides. and not up - it is not clear whether this is good or bad. Venta, as far as I remember, cannot connect to a smartphone, and this turned out to be a convenient feature. Plus, I would like to add that as an air washer this device proved to be pretty in a week. The air in the room is definitely dusty. But I didn’t notice how much tangible amount of debris in the drained water after 4 days of work. There really was something, but minimally. (3 months later): Really my air. After 2-3 weeks it became easier to breathe. It makes a lot of noise at 3 speeds, but at 1 it's normal to sleep. Does not raise humidity above 42-45%, apparently not very productive. The most important thing is that the drum with discs stopped working after 3 months. Corrosion on the board, apparently. Took it in for repair, they said that the board was varnished from water carelessly, hence the corrosion. Also partly probably due to my careless pouring of water through the top hole.

Pros
  • - Really moisturizes the air. From 38-40 humidity rose to 47-53 according to a third-party hygrometer. - Control from a smartphone turned out to be convenient when you are lying in bed or sitting at a computer and want to slow down or, on the contrary, increase it. Plus, you can always see the temperature / humidity in the room from your smartphone if there is no third-party hygrometer / thermometer. - Easy to take apart/clean. - You can pour water from above through the grate. I picked up a saucepan in the kitchen, came, poured it out, carried it away. - At the first speed to hear - you have to listen. On the second - quite quietly, but already noticeable. The noise meter from a smartphone shows 52-55 dB, which is comparable to the noise of my desktop computer. - The ability to configure the shutdown / on depending on the level of humidity in the apartment, if there is a third-party sensor (a thermometer-hygrometer from the same xiaomi costs 400-500). Haven't used it but might come in handy one day. - Notifications to your smartphone if you run out of water or some other problem.
Cons
  • - Noisy in 3rd gear. It is not critical if you have other sound sources in the apartment, but sleeping under this will not work very well. As I understand it, the main problem is not the noise of the engines, but the howling of the air flow to the intake. The existing grid seems to be close to its maximum laminar air flow capacity and turbulences begin to form. - I did not understand the "auto" mode. I don’t understand what values it focuses on and how to set it up. It's probably me being stupid.
