Review on DIGITEN DC 12V 1/4" Inlet Feed Water Solenoid Valve Quick Connect N/C Normally Closed No Water Pressure by Johnathan Sherman

I got 2 that didn't work. They clicked without water, but when there was 50PSI of pressure they wouldn't open. (12v .445 amps). Given the number of good reviews, I looked for every possible mistake I could have made (water backwards, wrong voltage, etc.) I'm an Engineer. I contacted support, and they suggested using 1.5amps. This would require 36v! I have a 12v control system. I tried to return, but the company didn't acknowledge. I'm now using Best Buy's A-Z refund process.
