I bought two EZ PetLights (different lengths) for blackhead cages. Previously, these parrots had no light. I've already installed Revain and Macaw headlights with "full spectrum" bulbs. I did this not only to compare the light quality but also to see how the parrots react to the LED light. To my surprise, all four parrots preferred LED lights. LEDs shine brighter than incandescent bulbs. The macaw takes every opportunity to enter the caique's cage and bask in the LED light. I've noticed Caique's like LED lights a lot more - their behavior has greatly improved. I've had fewer issues with caiks behaving when the LEDs are on. FYI: I leave all the lights on timers so morning and bedtime are the same. All birds get natural light, but through windows. I highly recommend EZ PetLights. In the near future I will be purchasing two more LEDs for the Revain and Macaw. Update: I asked the seller for advice when my flashlight adapters started misbehaving lately. The seller responded quickly with a solution. Super helpful!
