I first bought a small bottle which worked so well I bought a gallon. I buy felt car scents and stick them on the lid of the trash can. But first you need to wash out the trash can and then buy 55 gallon clear trash bags to put in the trash can to keep it clean and free from spills and also keep the smell of the trash out when the lid is closed by You keep the garbage bag in place.
