I am paranoid about safe sleeping practices and since our children will be sleeping in our Graco On the Go Pasadena Playard for the first few months, I have I was trying to find something that could safely be used as a small extra pillow for the bassinet liner. That's great! It fits snugly so the risk of choking is minimal. It's manufactured by Graco for Graco Playgrounds, so it's approved for safety. And it seems a bit softer and cushioned compared to using the bassinet insert. Some reviewers complain about the quality and that it doesn't hold up to washing. I have 2 of these that I alternate washing and haven't had a single breakage or issue with them. I wash them cold/gentle and let them air dry. If you have a second one, you have time to wash it properly, so I highly recommend doing it this way.
