I didn't like that my order was wrapped in a ribbon. I don't know if it was an earlier return. I decided to stay anyway and not to return. I've had a serious case of limescale build up around the top of my tank. I was able to use the blade attached to the pen to wipe everything. I felt safe with the blade (which is very sharp). The sponge nozzle allows you to remove algae from the glass without getting wet. My pool looks new and shiny. I recommend this product.
