Very easy install but looks cheaper than whirlpools. The gray plastic pin holding one of the small white wheels broke on our hot tub model #WDTA50SAHW0. I removed the white wheels from our old model to use in place of the included white wheels because they look much stronger and are a completely different shape. Everything went well and two days after installation everything works like clockwork. I had a side left over and saved any extra wheels and fasteners for future repairs as those top trunk adjusters break easily. Just make sure you measure the item before ordering if you can't find the exact model number like I did.
