TBh, only the build quality is acceptable. The drive dropped connections most of the time and caused some problems in cloning the drive. I contacted Orico customer service, the answer is adequate and the only professional I can say. After several emails, they refuse to acknowledge that the chipset is Jmicron, which is what their official website says, refuse to acknowledge my hard drive connection problem and tell me to use it "with confidence". Otherwise they offer me to return it to the seller I bought it from. Therefore I will request a return and I have already encountered several defective Orico products. We strongly encourage you to avoid their products in the future to avoid any hassle.
