Great dog door!
I live in Phoenix, Arizona, and energy efficiency was very important to us. We were concerned about the increase in cooling costs. However, this dog door has 2 magnetic flaps that close immediately when our dogs get in and out. It was very easy to install and I like that it's solid metal rather than plastic. The plastic wouldn't stand up to our hot Arizona sun. Amazing product!
