Holds a good amount of water (or other liquid if that's your cup of TEA :P.). Helps me stay v hydrated, just BEWARE ! The more you drink, the more you tinkle, like my pap used to say. Overall, very satisfied. Changed my life. Would recommend to all, unless dehydration is your jam (I don't kink shame)
