Bought this cute ribbon for my daughter. She clipped it to her Fitbit and then put it on her wrist. The clasp came off completely, rendering the strap unusable. She never used it. ***UPDATE*** I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars for the excellent customer service provided by this company. After I posted the above review, I was contacted by the company. They apologized a lot and sent my daughter a new group. He wears it for a week with no problems. Thank you!
