Not sure how brightening it is, I've used them to brighten with little to no effect. maybe it is and I just can't tell. but the freshness is pleasant and leaves a feeling of cleanliness in the mouth, and the taste is not bad. if the price is right. Some sites charge too much so take a look if you want to give it a try. I will continue to use these if I can find them at the right price because I am a coffee lover and a little helps keep my teeth stain free. and I like her. UPDATE why I paid $6 for them and they are now $10. It's a big price difference and from the same company. that's what i'm talking about. Price inflation is ridiculous.
