Although they were too loose and true to size AND I have a wide foot I sent them back because the red sole had white scuffs - both shoes. I don't know if it was out of the box as they weren't wrapped in a bag; at least not well. Maybe they were used. I have no idea. But they cost $140, and if I'm going to spend $140 on a pair of sneakers, I wish they were in perfect condition. The return itself took longer and I suspect this is due to the price, but it wasn't more than 2 weeks. Also, the color is exactly as shown and it really is a beautiful shoe. I would say because of the length but also because it is for a very wide foot, go for the size. And check the shoes when they arrive!
