Not sure if it works

The cable fits the speaker perfectly but I'm not sure if it works. The charging indicator on the plug does not light up and does not light up, signaling the charging process on the speaker. The speaker died again after 30 minutes of use while still connected to the network. I doubt the speaker is the problem, most likely the cable isn't doing its job.
