After I received the Brightech Light View PRO LED Magnifier Lamp, carefully took it out of the box and placed the mounting clip on my desk, the magnifier lens suddenly fell out. Lens holder on the ground and smashed. Obviously the lens wasn't securely fixed in the mount as expected. I think that the loose fit of the lenses indicates that the manufacturer did not properly assemble the lamp prior to packaging. With multiple emails. Both directly from the manufacturer and through Revain, I asked if a new magnifying glass could be obtained. I even pointed out that since I really like the lamp and would like to refurbish it, I would be willing to pay for the lens replacement if needed.
