We bought this as a Christmas present for our own children, niece and nephew. We had a great time playing with it the first day and then my SIL (who lives out of town) sent me these pics and said that two discs were rubbing against each other and when they tried to turn it over it fell apart! :( So messed around as we had lots of fun balancing it with the whole family for Christmas. Told her we could try to exchange it but as I bought it at the end of October I see the return window is closed?!" Hopefully they make an exception for Christmas gifts?” Will update when I get a reply.
