I worked with Ryan for over 5 years at an insurance agency where he was my supervisor! It's amazing how much knowledge he had about Insurance Law and Claims Processes! If you have questions or concerns feel free to reach out - we're happy to help!! We were able get our old claims back up after being forced into bankruptcy (due to loss of income). Everything went smoothly throughout; no issues there either way :) Great guy who works hard everyday. The only thing that could be improved would include some type of online portal so clients can submit paperwork without having people come from their office/location. Also it might benefit us as well if they offered electronic filing instead of mail forwarding. Thanks again to Mr.Ryan for all his work ethic during this time period when things weren't going right for everyone involved but still managed to keep positive attitude through everything! Getting rid off.
