Use the StarTech card instead.

This is a cheap Chinese import card with a simple chipset. It's overpriced at $22, and you spend a lot of time installing and configuring it due to poor documentation and cost-cutting stupidity. There are 2 COM ports but they are not labeled so only trial and error can determine which is #1 and which is #22. disk, and there is no link to download drivers from either site3. Drivers are not labeled or organized by operating system or type. You will get folders like "MCS9865IV-BA+driver+101007". Why is this? There are 10 different drivers you can try and hope installing 1 doesn't mess things up. 4. The card works with Win10 after finding the right driver. .5. China!
