I rated it somewhere between 3.5 and 4 but had pretty good success with it so I picked four. I ordered four of these for the open house. For the most part they worked fine. Half of a regular cheesecake recipe is about 24. While it shouldn't be sticky, I find it best to drizzle the bottom with cooking spray or melted butter. as this makes it easier to remove the floor. I've also found that it's best to brush the sides with melted butter or shortening, as I've noticed a slightly metallic aftertaste on some minis, though not all. After letting them cool overnight I ran a thin knife over the sides (being careful not to scratch the metal as it may chip a bit) and then they come off quite easily by pressing down, although some of them on the sides are a bit looked torn . They send extra pants, which is very convenient as it is very easy to glue several legs together, especially after washing. I had to rub the discs to separate them, but that didn't always work. All in all, they worked quite well. I just wish they were made in the USA, not China.
