Pure relaxation!
Hello I started using it for my kidney pains (not a tall man in the bath) but I love it combined with a good drink and a relaxing evening, it's just exceptional! I have actually found that lavender calms my anxiety and helps me sleep. I know that in today's world we all need better sleep and less stress! I'm not kidding, since bathing with this salt I have less inflammation and such wonderful effects. It doesn't seem like it could matter that much but wow I feel good!
