Lasts long before needing to be charged, but not permanently.
I bought these headphones for my 8 year old daughter to use with her tablet. Volume and sound are great! My daughter can use it for about 10 hours before it needs to be charged. ******NOT DURABLE***** It only lasted a few weeks before it broke when my daughter took it off her head.
