I like that you can drag & drop information into folders to create reports or share with other users within your organisation (which we do). There are some things which could be improved but nothing major - maybe more options when viewing items? We have used it since 2015 so there has been improvements over time! The benefits of using this software include ease of use as well as saving us valuable storage space by only uploading required files at any given point rather than multiple uploads each day. This also allows others who may not know how our system works to still view what they need without getting confused about where specific documents should go if uploaded separately every single morning/afternoon etc..I would recommend trying out scoptio first before making an investment decision. Our main benefit was being able to save significant amounts of money through reducing file sizes due to having all inspection related documentation stored together instead of separate individual document types such as drawings / plans etc.. Also saves precious disk drive spaces.
