I can show what's wrong but the product looks perfectly fine but it is damaged when I tried it. I only hear from one side until I flip and flip it so you can hear from both earbuds. $20 for a damaged cable but I think it's better than spending another $100 for an amp but still disappointing from a buyer's perspective to have received a damaged product. I'd trade it in, but there's no time for someone who works 24/7 to deal with this whole process.
