Review on Waterproof Rechargeable Controlling Effective Adjustable by Tammy Horner

I have loved this unit for a little over 6-7 months. I don't use it every day except when my dog is around my friend's kids (so he doesn't jump then). The beep distracts her attention and informs her that she is misbehaving. I have never used shock because the rest of the features worked so well. But in recent months, the device doesn't hold a charge very long. And now it won't even turn on. The silly thing is that when charging, the light is green, as if the device is fully charged - it just doesn't turn on .... And of course I can't contact the company. Very frustrating and annoying. Edited my review: Shortly after I posted my original review, the company contacted me and offered a refund or replacement. I appreciate that they were able to resolve the issue and deliver the customer service promised.
