Review on Trackset VisualPath by Michael Cleveland
VisualPath is very user-friendly even though its quite expensive
It has helped us identify areas of improvement in our websites, which have increased conversion rates for some products by 20%. The support team at trackSet are extremely helpful as well! There’s nothing I dislike about this software so far (maybe that there could be more features). In my opinion it works great with other tracking plugins like Google Analytics but sometimes you need extra functionality from one specific product because they don't work together seamlessly. We use visualpath mainly when we want to increase conversions or analyse what content gets most visitors interested etc., however if your looking solely for analytics then definitely look elsewhere - although i do recommend checking out both types first before choosing between them. Tracking page views/conversions & customer feedback via surveys / quizzes. This helps me understand where people tend not to engage fully online and therefore can improve future site design/content accordingly and also help drive sales.
